Each year COA offers the chance to join it in discovering a particular topic in the world of work. Over the last few years we have successfully covered topics such medicine, law and the media. 

As well as talks and presentations, our conferences have always provided opportunities for delegates to get out and see people at work, thereby gaining a flavour of the industry or profession first hand.

The COA Annual Conference normally lasts two days and is therefore residential. In addition, there is normally a training day attached making the entire event of three days for those who want to participate in both, or of one day who do not wish to attend the full conference.

Not only does the conference provide an exciting insight into the topic being covered, but provides an excellent opportunity for careers and higher education guidance staff to get together and discuss the world of careers and HE guidance in general.
