To this end, Dr Charles Johnson, a well-established professional psychologist, ensures all our programmes are psychometrically validated, which means that each interest questionnaire is accurate and reliable in selecting appropriate careers areas based on the answers to the questionnaire.
In addtion, we conduct regular surveys into students' actual AS and A level selections and their eventual career paths, comparing them with the careers areas and subject choices originally produced in the reports.
These checks ensure we are confident that our programmes meet the highest achievable standards of reliability. |
