The majority of COA's staff are based at the head office in Sparham, Norfolk which is just over 10 miles from Norwich. These staff ensure that COA runs smoothly and provides the best possible service to its schools, colleges and other customers.
In addition we have a number of Regional Directors to keep in touch with existing schools, visit new ones to explain COA programmes, arrange regional meetings, attend pupil or parent events, talk on subjects such as the aptitude tests, A level/equivalent subject selection, work experience, GAP year activities etc - they also play a full part in the interviewing team. |
